Article 1 - Applicability.

These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by UniQplanet, both in our physical store and through our web shop. By using our services or making purchases, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 2 - Prices and payments

All prices are expressed in euros, including VAT. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Online payments are made through secure payment platforms.

Article 3 - Product information and availability

We strive to describe and display all products as accurately as possible. UniQplanet reserves the right to make products temporarily or permanently unavailable without notice.

Article 4 - Orders and deliveries (merchandise).

When ordering merchandise through our web shop, the customer will receive a confirmation via email. Deliveries are made via approved carriers. The stated delivery times are indicative. UniQplanet is not liable for delays beyond its control.

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal and return policy (merchandise)

Customers have the right to revoke their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order without giving a reason. The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless it is an error on our part. Consumables (such as food and beverages) are excluded from return.

Article 6 - Liability

UniQplanet is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of its products or services, unless intentional or grossly negligent. Allergen information is available upon request. Customers are responsible for making their allergies or dietary requirements known.

Article 7 - Reservations and cancellations (in-house).

Reservations for larger groups must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 12 hours before the reserved time may result in a cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances and type of reservation.

Article 8 - Intellectual property

All elements of UniQplanet - including, but not limited to, designs, mascots, logos, illustrations and text - are protected by intellectual property rights. No part may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Article 9 - Force majeure

UniQplanet is not liable for delay or non-performance of its obligations in cases of force majeure, such as pandemics, strikes, fire, delivery problems or technical failures.

Article 10 - Privacy

We treat all personal customer data with the utmost care and in accordance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR). Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

Article 11 - Applicable law and disputes.

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, only the court of the district in which UniQplanet based is authorized.
